Denmark’s legislation on contracts meticulously translated into English for the first time, including the century old Contract Act, the Sales of Goods Act, the Bonds Act and four others Acts plus three Conventions, as well as five agreed standard documents authorized by public authorities in Denmark.

The book also comprises an explanation of some 29 Danish legal principles applying in contractual relations and a brief commentary to more than 30 common contract clauses.
